When, why, who, how, for what purpose, and for how long do we process your personal data?

When and why?
You can browse most of our web pages without providing any personal information. However, in certain cases, such information is necessary in order to offer you the electronic services you request. - Contest participants:

Likewise, from our website, we may offer the functionality of Google Maps, which could access your location, should you permit it, in order to provide more specific information about the distance and/or routes to our offices. In this regard, we refer to the privacy policy used by Google Maps to understand the use and processing of such data.
In order to offer information or services of interest based on the User's location, we may access data related to the geolocation of the User's device in cases where the user's settings allow it.
The Portal may offer functionalities to share content through third-party applications, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. These applications may collect and process information related to the user's browsing on different websites. Any personal information collected through these applications may be used by other users of the applications. Your interactions are subject to the privacy policies of the companies providing the applications.

- Video Surveillance:
We also inform you that we have a video surveillance system, the purpose of which is to ensure the safety of people, property, and facilities. The current regulations legitimize the processing based on legitimate interest, so your image may be recorded simply by entering our facilities.
These data may be communicated to the State Security Forces if necessary. The images will be stored for a maximum period of one (1) month from their capture.

What is the LEGAL BASIS for the processing of your data?

- Clients:
The legal basis for processing your data is (1) the execution of a contract and maintenance of the contractual relationship and (2) your consent, which is requested for the sending of offers of products and services through electronic means, without in any case affecting the execution of the contract if this consent is withdrawn.

- Suppliers:
The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of a contract in which the interested party is involved or for the application of pre-contractual measures.

- Website or email contacts:
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent of the interested party.
In cases where it is necessary to complete a form and click the "submit" button to make a request, submitting the form will necessarily mean that you have been informed and have explicitly given your consent to the contents of the clause attached to the form or accepted the privacy policy.
All our forms have a checkbox that must be checked to access the services offered.
The purposes of the processing will be as follows:
a) Manage the inquiries or requests for information that you send us through the Website, email, or phone.

- Work with us:
If you provide us with your resume, either through the Website, email, or physically at any of Mare Nostrum Management, S.L.'s offices, it will be incorporated into our database. The resume will be stored for a period of 1 year, after which, if we have not contacted you, it will be deleted.
The legal basis for processing is the explicit consent granted by the interested party for the processing of the data contained in the resume when submitting it and marking the checkbox designated for this purpose.
The purpose of the processing is to include you in present and future selection processes for Mare Nostrum Management, S.L. or any entity belonging to the business group.
If the interested party is eventually hired as an employee by Mare Nostrum Management, S.L. or any entity belonging to the business group, their data will be incorporated into a database owned by the company for internal management of the employee-employer relationship.

- Newsletter Subscription:
On the Website, you can subscribe to Mare Nostrum Management, S.L.'s newsletter. To do so, you must provide an email address to which it will be sent.
Such information will be stored in a database of Mare Nostrum Management, S.L., where it will remain until the interested party requests to unsubscribe or, if applicable, Mare Nostrum Management, S.L. ceases sending it.

The legal basis for processing the data is our (1) legitimate interest in understanding the browsing patterns of our users to adapt to their interests and improve our relationship with them; as well as (2) your consent by browsing our website and accepting the terms of use of cookies.

To which RECIPIENTS will your data be communicated?

Your data will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the service we provide, unless legally required. Specifically, it will be communicated to the Spanish Tax Agency, banks, and financial institutions for the payment of the service provided or the product acquired.

If we have not attended to your rights request, you may file a complaint with the AEPD.
We have forms for exercising rights that can be requested via the email address mentioned above; you may also use those provided by the AEPD or by third parties. These forms must be signed electronically or accompanied by a copy of your ID card. If acting through a representative, the form must also be accompanied by a copy of their ID or an electronic signature.

The maximum time to resolve is one month from the receipt of your request.

How long will we RETAIN your data?

Personal data will be kept as long as the relationship with us is maintained.
