When and why?

- Video Surveillance:
We also inform you that we have a video surveillance system, the purpose of which is to ensure the safety of people, property, and facilities. The current regulations legitimize the processing based on legitimate interest, so your image may be recorded simply by entering our facilities.
These data may be communicated to the State Security Forces if necessary. The images will be stored for a maximum period of one (1) month from their capture.
What is the LEGAL BASIS for the processing of your data?
- Clients:
The legal basis for processing your data is (1) the execution of a contract and maintenance of the contractual relationship and (2) your consent, which is requested for the sending of offers of products and services through electronic means, without in any case affecting the execution of the contract if this consent is withdrawn.
- Suppliers:
The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of a contract in which the interested party is involved or for the application of pre-contractual measures.
- Website or email contacts:
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent of the interested party.
In cases where it is necessary to complete a form and click the "submit" button to make a request, submitting the form will necessarily mean that you have been informed and have explicitly given your consent to the contents of the clause attached to the form or accepted the privacy policy.

If you provide us with your resume, either through the Website, email, or physically at any of Mare Nostrum Management, S.L.'s offices, it will be incorporated into our database. The resume will be stored for a period of 1 year, after which, if we have not contacted you, it will be deleted.
The legal basis for processing is the explicit consent granted by the interested party for the processing of the data contained in the resume when submitting it and marking the checkbox designated for this purpose.
The purpose of the processing is to include you in present and future selection processes for Mare Nostrum Management, S.L. or any entity belonging to the business group.
If the interested party is eventually hired as an employee by Mare Nostrum Management, S.L. or any entity belonging to the business group, their data will be incorporated into a database owned by the company for internal management of the employee-employer relationship.

On the Website, you can subscribe to Mare Nostrum Management, S.L.'s newsletter. To do so, you must provide an email address to which it will be sent.

To which RECIPIENTS will your data be communicated?
Your data will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the service we provide, unless legally required. Specifically, it will be communicated to the Spanish Tax Agency, banks, and financial institutions for the payment of the service provided or the product acquired.

How long will we RETAIN your data?
